Here at Chris Mimmack Photography we realise that your dream wedding can be expensive, so we are going to help three lucky customers by giving them a discount voucher. All you have to do is enter your wedding details in the box below to be entered into our free prize draw.
Prize Draw Rules
1 Closing date: September 30th 2012. The draw will take place within the next 10 days, and winners notified immediately afterwards.
2 If a winner’s wedding takes place before the closing date, then their prize will be redeemable against the cost of reprints, an additional album or a framed print of their choice.
3 The prize winners will be the first three entries randomly drawn from all the valid entries.
4 The promoter will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in this prize draw.
5 Entries can be made via this website, email or by post.
6 All prizes must be taken as described, no cash alternative.
7 Vouchers are only redeemable against wedding photography packages from the promoter, Chris Mimmack Photography Ltd.
8 Winners will be notified at the email address on their prize draw entry, and their names and home towns publicised on this website’s News & Blog page.
9 Winners weddings must take place in England, Scotland or Wales, and at the venue on the entry form.
10 Entrants agree to receive promotional emails from Chris Mimmack Photography Ltd. These can be cancelled at any time.
11 Entrants must be over 18.
12 Multiple entries for the same wedding are not allowed and will be discarded.
13 Proof of sending by mail or email is not proof of our receipt of your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
14 We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation.
15 We reserve the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in our opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of our control. Should this happen, then existing entrants will be notified.
16 Winners will be asked to participate in publicity for Chris Mimmack Photography Ltd, but this is not a condition of entry.
17 Full details of prize winners will be available in writing on request.
18 No responsibility will be accepted for failure to contact any prize winner who has entered an incorrect or invalid email address on the entry form.
19 There is no time limit on the redemption of a winner’s voucher.
